a word from our director

As parents of preschool age children in our community, you are fortunate to have many good early childhood programs from which to choose. The task you have is to find the "best fit" for your children and family. Community is special because of the extraordinary teaching staff, the continuity and stability of the programs, and the rich diversity represented by our families, ethnically, culturally and socio-economically. For 61 years, we have been providing high quality, affordable early childhood programs to meet the varying needs of parents and children in our community. We hope we will have the opportunity to show you who we are, and what we have to offer you and your child.

Community’s Annual Spring Benefit
Friday, April 27, 2012
Deer Path Inn, Lake Forest

Looking for a few good committee members!
Although we have until April to get ready for our only major fundraiser, the benefit committee needs your help now in making the 2012 Annual Spring Benefit a success. Last year we raised over forty-thousand dollars at the Annual Spring Benefit which partly helped finance Community’s summer facelift. Funds raised from the Annual Spring Benefit also help support Community’s enrichment programs, special projects and performances, classroom equipment, and tuition scholarships.

If you are interested in joining the benefit committee and learning more about how you can support Community in a meaningful and impactful way, please contact Katy Lee at katylee1@sbcglobal.net.
